This article describes a method of isolating high-resolution digitizers that have common ground between channels. Isolation enables the to be used simultaneously measure multiple points in circuit without short-circuiting via ground. The isolators, when switch formation, provide cancel out phase angle errors measuring difference angles Various tests are reported, which assess performance isolator over its operating range. These include temperature coefficient, linearity, gain stability common-mode rejection, and crosstalk.
